Ans: Starting from as low as 9.99% to 39% (reducing basis)

Ans: Following is the eligibility criteria a) Applicant should be salaried individual, employed in government/ public sector or with reputed establishments in the private sector. b) UAE nationals or Expatriate residents of the UAE c) Minimum age: 21 years and maximum age at loan maturity: 60 years d) Minimum salary AED 5,000 e) Length of Service : Six month with Current Employer or job confirmation whichever is earlier.

Ans: Following documentation is required a) Original passport & photocopy thereof (with valid UAE residence visa for expats); Original Emirates ID & photocopy thereof b) Latest 3 months’ original bank statements of account into which salary is transferred or regularly banked c) Current dated salary certificate from employer addressed to Islamic Finance House Pvt. JSC. d) Copy of latest pay slip e) Upon approval you will be requested to furnish a Direct Debit Authority which will enable us to debit your installments from your salary account. f) Security cheque of the approved loan amount + Interest + Insurance for the loan tenure.

Ans: Yaseer Finance can be obtained for a maximum of 36 months (linked to purpose).

Ans: Yes, the person who is seeking the facility must be a resident with valid UAE visa.

Ans: The minimum Finance amount is AED 10,000/- and the maximum is AED 250,000/-.

Ans: Early settlement fee is 1% of outstanding.

Ans: The minimum age for getting Yaseer Finance is 21 years and the maximum is 60 years at loan maturity.

Ans: Yes, the processing fee is 1% of the finance amount (minimum of AED 500 & maximum of AED 2,500)

Ans: Yes, Death & Permanent Total Disability insurance shall be arranged @ 0.252% per annum.

Ans: The amount due for payment is reflected in your Islamic Finance House Covered Card Statement. However, you can choose to pay just the Minimum Payment if not the full amount due.

Step 1. Log in to your online banking account via website or mobile app. Step 2. Provide your Islamic Finance House Covered Card details along with the payment amount. Step 3. Confirm Payment. Amount will be credited within 2 days. Hence, you are required to make payments at least 2 working days before the payment due date. Step 4. Receive an SMS confirming your payment transaction.
